A man committed to service, Ben is passionate about employee development and risk management. Equipped with an Executive MBA, and a Master’s in Education, Ben blends business savvy with effective communication. His years of teaching in New Orleans and Astoria, Oregon gave him the experience to break down and explain complex ideas.

Ben moved on from teaching to work at insurance giants such as New York Life, AFLAC, and most recently USI before starting his own agency, “The Nora Group.” For six years, he honed his expertise at keeping health benefits in compliance with the Affordable Care Act and effectively communicating those benefits to his clients’ employees.

Wanting to expand his services, Ben went on to partner with Kim Bishop to form K&B Benefit Advisors. With their combined industry knowledge, ability to understand the individual needs of their clients, and capacity to keep up with fast-changing regulations, K&B Benefit Advisors utilizes a tech-driven approach to deliver exceptional service to their clients.
